Check-in
Your room is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive before 3:00 pm, please contact the reception desk. 

Check-out
How sad that your stay in Regensburg is coming to an end! Please vacate your room by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you would like an express check-out, we will need your credit card information and/or a written cost transfer from your company.

Parking 
You can park your car, bus, or motorcycle free of charge in our parking lot directly at the hotel for the duration of your stay. 

Corona policy
The well-being of our guests and employees is important to us. During these unusual times for everyone, we have extended our hygiene standards and set up hand disinfection facilities in the hotel. We ask that you conduct yourself in accordance with the generally recommended Corona regulations. Please wear your mouth and nose protection throughout the hotel in public areas.

We clean and disinfect our public areas and rooms regularly. In our restaurant and beer garden, we observe the prescribed minimum distance and also offer takeaway food and room service for our hotel guests. Despite the current situation, we wish you a pleasant stay in our hotel.

Payment methods & cancellations

Methods of payment 
We accept cash, EC, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

Please settle your bill by 10:00 am on your day of departure.

Payment of extended stay apartments
Apartment rentals must be paid in arrears for the previous month.

Cancellation conditions
Unless otherwise agreed upon, room reservations are valid until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan on arriving later, please let us know.

Free cancellation of the room reservation is possible until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. In case of later cancellation or no-show, we will charge you 80% of the accommodation costs.

All of our rooms and the entire spa area were renovated in 2019.

Rooms & apartments
We have 79 rooms and suites as well as apartments in our guest house which can be rented on a monthly basis. 

For families

• For families, we recommend our multi-bed rooms or suites with sleeping accommodations for several people. See our rooms.
• Children's discounts are available for children sleeping in their parents' bed. There is no discount for children in an extra bed. 
• Baby cribs are available on request for families with small children.

Dogs 
Dogs are allowed with advance notice, but not in the buffet area.

Culinary pleasure

Breakfast 
Breakfast is included in the room price. Breakfast buffet Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:00 am. Saturday, Sunday from 6:30 to 11:00 am. 

Half board
If you book the half board, you will enjoy a 3-course meal in the evening. You can choose between a fish dish, a vegetarian dish and two different meat dishes. 

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Sundays until 10:00 pm. 
Large menu from 5:30 to 9:00 pm.

Beer garden
Our beer garden is open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm (depending on the weather and the season).

Room service
From 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Extra charge for breakfast, lunch, and dinner: €5.00, extra charge for drinks: €1.00
